Welcome to Drive Gatex! These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the User) and Drive Gatex (the Company). By using our educational IT infrastructure and any associated AI services, you confirm your full agreement with these Terms.
1. Subject of the Agreement
The Company provides the User with access to the Drive Gatex platform, including access to educational materials, the Neural Sandbox interactive environment, proprietary software code, and expert support. This Agreement governs all aspects of your interaction with our digital assets.
2. Platform Rules
Use of Drive Gatex resources is permitted solely for lawful purposes. It is prohibited to:
- Distribute malware or attempt to breach the platform's infrastructure.
- Use automated scripts or bots to parse educational content without permission.
- Infringe on copyrights by copying Drive Gatex software code or methodologies for resale.
- Impersonate an expert support representative or another user.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including course architecture, graphics, logos, and software code, is the intellectual property of Drive Gatex. You are granted a limited license to use the materials for personal purposes. Any duplication or public reproduction of the content without the written consent of the copyright holder is strictly prohibited.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for 100% uptime but do not guarantee that access to AI tools will be uninterrupted. The Company is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits resulting from the use of materials on the site.
5. Changes and Jurisdiction
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. All disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to consideration in accordance with the current legislation at the place of the Company's registration (Brussels, Belgium).
