Policy
We value your commitment to development with Drive Gatex. If for any reason our educational programs are not suitable for you, we have provided a transparent refund mechanism within the framework of current EU legislation.
Conditions for a Refund
Program Inconsistency:
If the content of the provided IT course significantly differs from the declared program at the time of payment.
Technical Malfunctions:
In the event of critical errors in the Neural Sandbox or platform infrastructure that were not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Cooling-off Period:
Cancellation within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that less than 50% of the materials have been accessed (see Exceptions).

Attach purchase details (Email, course name, and the reason for the request).
Terms and Payment Method
Upon approval of the request, the refund is processed within 7–14 business days. Funds are returned strictly via the same method used for the original payment. Please note that the actual arrival time depends on your bank's regulations in Belgium or the EU.
Exceptions and Limitations
- Request submitted after 14 days from the date of payment.
- More than 50% of the course training materials have been studied or downloaded.
- Technical problems on the user's side (unstable internet, incompatible software).
